CEI-Consulting Services - Baseline/Endline Study Consultancy

The aim of the consultancy is to conduct a quantitative and qualitative study to assess the level of knowledge among school staff, students and their parents regarding natural hazards and appropriate behaviours to adopt.

This study is being conducted comprehensively in 10 selected schools and with particular focus on among students aged 8–12 years, who have already been identified by the Dominica Red Cross, under the guidance of the Ministry of Education and with the support of PIRAC.

The Expressions of Interest must be submitted by May 26, 2026.
