Consulting Services : Pacific-focused First Aid & Climate Toolkit

PIROPS has applied for funding from the French Development Agency (AFD) , and intends to use part of the amount to make payments under the 3 Oceans project - Phase 3.

The consultant will develop a Pacific-focused First Aid & Climate Toolkit that strengthens the integration of climate-related risk considerations into First Aid preparedness, response, and advocacy efforts. The consultancy will explore the intersection between climate-related hazards and First Aid, providing structured guidance that reflects the specific risks, vulnerabilities, and operational realities of Pacific Island communities. It is expected to propose practical and context-appropriate approaches for strengthening First Aid preparedness, response, and advocacy in the face of increasing climate-related impacts.

The PIROPS will draw up a shortlist of a maximum of six (6) Candidates, pre-selected on the basis of the applications received, to whom it will send the Request for Proposals for the performance of the required Services. Expressions of Interest must be submitted for the 10th of July 2026.
