International open tender - WASH kits (Cleaning kits, Mini Hygiene kits, Menstrual Hygiene kits)

As part of their mission in Syria, the French Red Cross (FRC), in partnership with the Syrian Arab Red Crescent (SARC), commits itself in a program of assisting the population of Syria. Therefore, FRC is aiming to procure and distribute various wash kits as per the below ( see batch parts).

Interested bidders are invited to express their interest by requesting the tender dossier by sending an email (from an official company’s email account) to: tender-lebanon.frc@croix-rouge.fr

The deadline for the submission of tenders is set on Friday 23rd of January 2026 before 4:30 pm (Beirut time - Lebanon).

FRC will not accept tenders submitted by email. Any tender sent by email will be automatically rejected.
